Welcome to CA Fits Apparels. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website (cafits.com) and the purchase of our products. By accessing our site or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy content for commercial purposes
  • Transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use our site in any way that violates applicable laws

2. Product Information & Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, including:

  • Design details and placement
  • Material composition (100% ring-spun US cotton, garment-dyed, etc.)
  • Sizing and fit information (true to size)
  • Care instructions

However, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy. Images on our site are representations and may vary slightly from actual products due to monitor settings and print variations. All products are made-to-order through our print partners.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. We accept payments through major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is required before order processing. We reserve the right to refuse orders or cancel transactions that appear fraudulent or violate our policies.

4. Order & Delivery

Order Placement:

  • Orders are confirmed via email once payment is processed
  • Orders are non-cancellable after 24 hours of placement

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 3-7 business days (standard) / 1-2 business days (expedited)
  • United Kingdom: 3-12 business days (standard) / 1-2 business days (expedited)
  • EU: 5-15 business days (standard) / 3-5 business days (expedited)
  • Canada: 5-15 business days (standard) / 2-4 business days (expedited)
  • Australia / Rest of World: 7-20 business days (standard) / 5-7 business days (expedited)
  • Free shipping: Orders over $50 USD to US customers
  • Standard shipping: Customer pays shipping costs for orders under $50 USD

Note: Delivery times are estimates. CA Fits Apparels is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Window: 30 days from delivery date

Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused and unworn with original tags attached
  • Items must not show signs of wear, washing, or alteration
  • Original packaging and receipt required

Return Process:

  1. Contact support@cafits.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll provide return shipping instructions
  3. Customer pays return shipping costs
  4. Once received and inspected, we'll process your request

Refund/Exchange:

  • Standard: Free replacement with free shipping
  • Extreme Cases: Full refund (at our discretion, e.g., defective print, severe damage, wrong item sent)
  • Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days of return approval

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items showing signs of wear or washing
  • Items without original tags
  • Items damaged by customer
  • Items outside 30-day window

6. Product Defects

If you receive a product with a defect in print quality, material, or construction, contact us immediately at support@cafits.com with photos. We will replace the item at no cost, including free replacement shipping.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design artwork, is the property of CA Fits Apparels or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.

8. Customization & Special Orders

CA Fits does not currently offer custom design services. However, special requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@cafits.com with inquiries.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CA Fits Apparels and our partners are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Delays in delivery (beyond our control)
  • Print variations due to monitor settings or fabric dyeing processes

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold CA Fits Apparels, our partners, and their officers/employees harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of our site or products.

11. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith communication. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of UK courts.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
